As a small company Why we don't want to use Google apps or services

There are many reasons why small companies may not want to use Google apps or services. One reason is that these services are often unreliable and can cause major disruptions in workflow. Additionally, Google has been known to change its terms of service without notice, which can be a headache for small businesses that rely on these tools. Finally, privacy concerns abound when it comes to entrusting data to Google. In light of all these potential problems, it’s no wonder that many small businesses are hesitant to make use of Google’s offerings.

As a small company Why we don’t want to use Google apps or services

Google has become one of the largest and most influential companies in the world. While Google’s products and services have been incredibly convenient, they make us immensely reliant on Google. This brings up a concerning amount of privacy dependency issues, as Google collects huge amounts of data from its users. We don’t want to give Google too much control over our lives, so it is important that we do not grow too dependent on Google’s applications or services. Google’s priority is to maximize its profits by collecting user data, whereas our priority should be our security and privacy.

Google sunsets apps and services any day

Google is well known for quickly sunsetting apps and services, a practice that can make it difficult to rely on their products in the long term. This has become increasingly problematic as Google continues to acquire more companies and develop new software tools. For example, in 2019 alone they shut down four projects: Google+, Hangouts, Inbox, and Allo. This caused immense disruption for those who used these services daily, as it meant having to switch to alternative solutions.

The problem is further compounded by the fact that Google does not always provide advanced warnings about its planned sunsets. As a result, users of these services can be left without enough time to transition to other applications or find suitable replacements. This can be especially damaging for small businesses, as the effects of this rapid sunsetting can be disruptive and costly.

In addition, Google’s frequent sunsetting of apps and services often results in them becoming unavailable or unusable over time due to technical issues caused by obsolete software or hardware components. This creates even more problems for users who are reliant on these applications and services due to a lack of alternatives. It also means that some data may no longer be accessible after the service has been discontinued.

Ultimately, Google’s rapid sunsetting of apps and services creates significant problems for both individuals and businesses alike. Those who use these tools need to be aware that their data may disappear without warning if an app or service is suddenly retired by Google. Additionally, users must take active steps to ensure that their applications remain up-to-date in order to minimize any potential disruptions caused by Google’s frequent sunsetting practices.

We don’t want our data stored on Google servers

We don’t want our data stored on Google servers

We all know how Google collects our data, but not all of us are aware of what kind of danger this can pose. Google stores data on its servers, allowing it to harvest information from your devices and Web usage which it then uses for the purposes of profiling and personalized marketing. This should raise concerns for anyone who doesn’t want their data stored on Google servers, Google will be able to access that data at any time regardless of whether we’ve granted them permission or not! Ultimately, we don’t want our personal information ending up in the hands of someone else’s algorithms, so it’s important that we are mindful of where we store our data.

We worry about Google’s future and what will happen to our data if they go under

Google’s future is something that keeps many people up at night. Google has a lot of data, from e-mails and Google searches to the apps we use and our personal information. Google offers a wide array of services, but what will happen to our data should Google go under? This is a real concern that many of us have, especially when Google holds so much sensitive information about us. Google’s future is uncertain, and it’s important for us to ensure that our data remains secure in the case of any eventualities. All users need to take steps to back up their data just in case the unthinkable were to happen.

We don’t like the way Google tracks everything we do online

Google tracking has been the subject of much debate and controversy in recent years. After all, why would anyone like the idea of a massive corporation tracking every move and action we take online? It seems as if Google is aware of our most intimate and personal moments, activities, and habits. As a result, this raises serious concerns regarding privacy and security. People are now beginning to question how much tracking should be acceptable when it comes to online activity. Unfortunately, with the convenience of Google services comes a trade-off that requires us to sacrifice our privacy for reliability.

There are plenty of other options out there that are just as good or better than Google

With so many great options available, making the switch away from Google has never been easier. While the convenience of Google may be hard to part with, there are countless other applications and services that offer the same features if not better ones! With greater data privacy, reliable cloud storage solutions, and better customer support on a variety of different platforms, users now have far more options when considering what to use for their personal or professional needs. Checking out alternatives to Google is easy and encourages diversity in how we store our data and control our digital environments.

Google has become too big and too powerful. We depend on them for way too many things and we store our most sensitive data on their servers. We don’t know what the future holds for Google, but we do know that we can’t trust them with our data. There are plenty of other options out there that are just as good or better than Google. It is time you look into alternatives.
