If you are running late and have no time to cook, you need to grab some fast food on the go. When it comes to fast foods, they are very high in calories and sugars. So, they are not a good option as a daily meal. In this article, we will share a few fast foods which are good to eat on the go daily.

Before getting into the menu, you need to confirm that the food you are choosing must go through the acceptance of the given rules.

  • Whatever fast food you are choosing from a restaurant has to be in between 300 and 500 calories.
  • The food you are selecting must have 20g of fat.
  • It must consist of 15g of protein.
  • The sodium content in your fast food must below 1000 mg.

We’ll take a look into some junk food restaurants that actually have some healthy food that many people don’t know.

1.McDonald’s

Instead of having regular Egg McMuffin grab an Egg White Delight McMuffin, it has 260 calories, 16g of protein, 29g of carbs, 8g of fat, 750 mg of sodium, 3g of sugar, 2g of fiber which has our meal qualification so, we can consider eating on daily basis.

2.Mandarin And Apple Slices

You can also consider eating mandarin and apple slices for the extra volume of fuel-filled carbohydrates total meal has 310 calories, 17g of protein, 41g of carbs, 8g of fat, 750 mg of sodium.

3.Burgerking

It may surprise you that the Burger King cheeseburger is better than the regular cheeseburger. It has 270 calories, 13g of protein, 27g of carbs, 12g of fat, 560 mg of sodium, 7g of sugar, 1g of fiber which is far lesser than the grilled chicken sandwich. Burger King side salad is also one of the best options to add to your meal.

4.  Wendy’s

Wendy’s offers some healthy salads, but most of them are specifically damaging when you account for dressing. Luckily, they are offer items other than classic sandwiches, too, like wraps. Wendy’s grill chicken wrap has 270 calories, 20g of protein, 24g of carbs, 11g of fat, 620 mg of sodium, 3g of sugar, 2g of fiber. To make it a meal add Wendy’d apple slices for more volume and nutrition.

5.IN-N-OUT Burger

IN-N-OUT offer a great option to lighten your food with its Protein Style Hamburger, which replaces the bun with a lettuce wrap it comes with 160 calories, 13g of protein, 13g of carbs, 8g of fat, 450 mg of sodium, 7g of sugar, 3g of fiber. Here the only problem is IN-N-OUT doesn’t offer sides other than fries which are obviously high in fat. Instead of that, you can order a hamburger that is low in fat.

There are many other fast foods like Taco Bell’s Gordita supreme with chicken, Taco Bell Power bowl with chicken, Taco Bell black beans, SUBWAY Rotisserie chicken sandwich, SUBWAY apple slices, Panda Express’s String bean chicken, brown rice and mixed veggies, and finally Starbucks Americano. As we know “we are what we eat”, even if you choose fast foods it is better to maintain and check which type of food you are eating.
